“Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice, (8) Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:” Hebrews 3:7-8
The writer of Hebrews is quoting Psalm 95:7-11. This is a Psalm that David wrote. However, we need to be reminded that the Holy Spirit is really the author. If we forget that God is the author of our whole Bible then we may start to consider God’s word as just the teachings or opinions of man.
