“And the Levites shall lay their hands upon the heads of the bullocks: and thou shalt offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, unto the LORD, to make an atonement for the Levites.” Numbers 8:12
We should not be so quick to lay hands on others who believe they are called to the ministry until they understand this one thing. The Levites laid their hands on the head of the bullock before they killed it for a sacrifice, so too, when hands are laid upon those who are called to the ministry, they must understand that they are declaring themselves dead to self.
