Eyesalve: In Your City

By | Eyesalve

“And he said unto him, Behold now, there is in this city a man of God, and he is an honourable man; all that he saith cometh surely to pass: now let us go thither; peradventure he can shew us our way that we should go.” I Samuel 9:6

You can make it possible that it could be said about the city you live in that there is in your city a man or woman of God who is honorable.

Eyesalve: God Received The Glory

By | Eyesalve

“Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God: and his flesh came again like unto the flesh of a little child, and he was clean. 15And he returned to the man of God, he and all his company, and came, and stood before him: and he said, Behold, now I know that there is no God in all the earth, but in Israel: now therefore, I pray thee, take a blessing of thy servant.” II Ki. 5:14-15

Too often the church decides if the final outcome of something is good only if people are blessed by it. However, there is no greater outcome of a matter than when God is glorified and when men will say, “now I know there is no God in all the earth, but in Israel” (the church). Naaman did get healed, but God received the glory.

Eyesalve: The Anointing (conclusion)

By | Eyesalve

“Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God;” II Cor. 1:21

The anointing is like any other attribute, quality and fruit of God; it must grow. It is not one dose and you’re ready to go. You may be ready to go for that moment, but like I said in an earlier comment, the anointing must be maintained and we must realize that anointing grows in the true man and woman of God.
